This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet red color with bright ruby tints. Expect intense raspberries, red pepper and tobacco notes, underlined with cocoa and spicy vanilla aromas. Aromas of chocolate roasted nuts, currants and clay with a tart medium dry body and a grilled cedar, cherry and apple accented finish. This wine will pair well with warm salads or meat pies; with main courses, it will pair with barbecued lamb or beef, or lamb stews, flank steaks, as well as hard cheeses.
