Important Shipping Information
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most packages within the contiguous United States will arrive in 5-8 business days. During extreme weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat in summer or cold in winter), shipments to your area may be held in our warehouse to maintain product quality. Title & Ownership
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Cambridge Wines to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey, and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from New Jersey to their home state. By arranging transportation of the wine, Cambridge Wines is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Cambridge Wines, the purchaser is representing that they are acting in a fashion compliant with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, are legally entitled to take possession of wine, and are legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorize that they are 21 years of age.
Signature Policy
To purchase wine from cambridgewinesnj.com, you must be 21 years of age or older. All packages sent by cambridgewinesnj.com REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that a business shipping address is provided for the best delivery service. There will be no refund of any shipping charges if a package comes back because there was no adult to sign for the wine.
