Rose is a wonderful aperitif champagne, but it goes perfectly with certain dishes such as cold meats, fish and of course red fruit desserts. Elegant salmon color, fine and regular bubbles. Rich and expressive nose, wide range of red fruits: currants, raspberries, strawberries. In the mouth, it is fresh and subtle. Nice amplitude, tender and elegant.
