A blend of Vignoles vinyeards, with 46% from Atwater Vineyards on the east side of the nearby Seneca Lake, and the remainder from two of our estate vineyards, 40% from Silvernail and 14% from Turkey Run. Vignoles is an aromatic white grape developed in France that produces clean, crisp, and fruit forward wines. This wine is balanced to offset the natural acidity and is best enjoyed both by the glass or with food.
