A vibrant, young spirit crafted as an ideal cocktail cognac. A 100% Ugni Blanc cognac comprised of equal parts eaux-de-vie from Fins Bois and Petite Champagne. Aged in new, lightly toasted French oak for 6 months before being transferred to used casks for 3-6 years. The nose opens with floral aromas of mint, linden blossom, and apricot. The palate is full of dried fruit—apricot, banana, and pear—with a spicy, herbaceous finish with notes of pink peppercorn, lychee, orange zest, and ginger.
