This blanc de noir is a brut 100% Pinot noir, its robe is light yellow and brilliant, enhanced by very fine bubbles. The nose offers a clean and complex aromatic bouquet, very fruity. On the palate, there is a lot of freshness, aromas of red fruits and white flowers as well as a brioche finish. This Champagne is ideally tasted as an aperitif but also during the meal. At the table with white meat, seafood platter or pan-fried foie gras with peaches.
