Degrees Alcohol: 14.00 % Alc. by Vol. Total Acidity: 5.00 g/l (Tartaric acid).

Alcoholic Fermentation: At a controlled temperature of up to 25å¼C with daily manual stirring over of the must and a light maceration process respecting the characteristics of the Tempranillo grapes. Duration of Fermentation: 5-7 days.

Malolactic Fermentation: Started in a natural way in stainless steel deposits immediately after the alcoholic fermentation, and carried out at controlled temperatures of between 20-25å¼ C for 10-15 days.

Cask Ageing: 8 months‰Ûª ageing in American oak casks.

Stabilisation and Filtration: cold treated at ‰ÛÒ3å¼C and diatomic earth filter.

Tasting Notes: This attractive wine is a characteristic pure deep cherry red, with violet hues. The wide array of aromas is dominated by red fruits, and the still present reminders of the top quality grapes it is made from. On tasting, the structure and long lasting flavour gained by its short spell in oak are perfectly integrated together.
