Shipping Policy:


We currently only offer shipping within the Unites States of America.

By law, Cambridge Wines can only ship alcoholic beverages to the following states:

Alaska, California, District of Columbia, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New
Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming

If your shipment contains alcoholic beverages someone of legal drinking age is required by law
to sign for the shipment when received. We will not leave packages unattended if there is no one
to sign.

Where available, we'll use your shipping zip code to provide an accurate delivery quote on each
product page and at checkout. Most packages in the contiguous US will arrive in 5-8 business
days. * 

Local Delivery Policy:


Cambridge Wines offers several local delivery options where the following may apply:

  • No package will be left unattended
  • Someone of legal drinking age is required to sign for the package
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery for any reason
  • Payment must be made prior to product leaving the store
1 Delivery/Shipping
1.1 Is there a delivery fee?

There is no fee or minimum for deliveries made within ~1.5 mile radius of the store. Deliveries in this area can be made immediately. 

For same day delivery beyond the ~1.5 miles there is no minimum and delivery is free for orders over $100. Orders placed late in the day are subject to next day delivery. Orders less than $100 are subject to a $10 delivery fee.

Free one hour pick up is always available in store at no charge.

Disclaimers:

*There must be an adult of 21+ to sign for alcoholic beverages. No product will be left unattended. 

*If the weather is not suitable for delivery (too hot/too cold) we will reschedule to avoid spoilage of product. 

*By law invoices must be paid in full prior to delivery. 

 

 

2 Free Wine Tastings
2.1 Are your wine tastings free?

We offer many free wine tastings throughout the year.They are usually on Friday nights from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

We also host paid events that allow our customers to get to know winemakers, attend wine dinners, and try some of the worlds best wines.

3 Wine Ratings
3.1 Who rates the wine?

Wines are rated based on a 100 point scale by specific wine critics generally related to production quality of a particular wine. Below is a key of some of the critics we use to pull ratings:

 

WS = Wine Spectator

WE = Wine Enthusiast

JS = James Suckling

RP = Robert Parker

 

 

 

4 Cambridge Rewards
4.1 How do I check my points?

You will receive an email after you've signed up with a link to complete your profile and manage your points. 

You will need to "Register" and use the email you gave in store to make sure you get your points.

4.2 Can a wine club member use their existing 10% discount + reward?

No, unfortunately rewards cannot be combined. However, our cashiers will make sure you apply the discount that yields you the biggest savings.

4.3 Can rewards be combined/multiple rewards in one transaction?

Unfortunately not. Only one reward may be used at a time.

4.4 Can rewards be used for sale items?

Rewards cannot be applied to items which are already on sale or marked “no further discounts apply”. 

4.5 Can I use my company profile for points? Can I buy gifts through my company for points?

4.6 Will identifier tags be issued?

No tags will be issued. Reward members should use their name and email to log in/register. In-store, please give the cashier your First and Last Name to properly log your purchase.
