The great white grape of Santorini, transplanted to Amyndeon in northern Greece. Aromas of citrus, white fruits and flowers. On the palate, the wine has a linear profile with mineral, stoney notes and fresh acidity, supported by a rounded mouthfeel lasting to a long finish.
