We like to call Citrus our full spectrum bitters. Rather than focus on a single citrus note, we blend as many as four varieties of citrus pith for this recipe. The result is fantastic; full, bright, and aromatic it's the most versatile bitter we've ever tasted. Fantastic in cooking too!
