This jewel of a 2.5-hectare domaine produces one wine—the benchmark 100% Xinomavro. All work (aside form harvest help) is done by father and son in the rigorous old-fashioned manner. Aged for two years in (mostly used) French oak of varying formats—but small enough to fit in their tiny cellar
