A hazy white from an organic winery helmed by a female vigneron. Gruner Veltliner is the primary white grape of Austria, and in the cool climate of Carnuntum it retains a lovely green note, like ripe kiwi and honeydew, with touches of yeastiness and salt. Fresh 2020 release, incredibly invigorating. Native yeast, no filtering or fining.
