Aldez Reposado spends about 8 months enjoying a journey of self-discovery as it ages and absorbs the bold and rich influences of reclaimed bourbon casks. It is light amber in color and has a nose showing notes of vanilla, cooked agave, and salted caramel. The palate is caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and cooked agave. Finish is long, warm, and sweet.
