Lingua France was co-founded in 2015 by Larry Stone, the 9th Master Sommelier in the US, and Dominique Lafon, best known as the namesake, director, and winemaker of one of the great estates of Meursault. Enter Thomas Savre, a brilliant young winemaker with work experience at some of the best domaines in Burgundy, and the rest is history. AVNI Chardonnay just received 93 points from Wine Spectator in their August issue and is a name to keep on your radar. Absolutely gorgeous with meyer lemon, peach, pear, and a crazy long mineral finish. Super focused and elegant. Fun fact- it is poured BTG at Le Bernardin and served at JockeyHollow as well!" - Sandra Zotti
