On September 20th, we invite you to journey with us through Italy at Morristown's hidden gem establishment, Chef Fredy's Table.
 Inspired by Cambridge Wines co-founder, Anthony Dinelli's recent trip to Italian wine country. During his stay in Italy, Anthony sipped and savored his way through Abruzzo, Marche, Lazio and Toscana, visiting incredible estates and meeting with passionate producers. 
Throughout this evening, Anthony will share stories about his time in Italy and guide us through a line-up of wines - his personal favorites from the trip. Our Italian importer, Roberto Scarpati will also be on hand to provide information on each of the producers and why he so fervently believes in each of the brands. 
Paired with the wines will be a 4 course menu curated specifically for this event by acclaimed Chef Fredy Umanzor.
